MyPorter is an AI assistant for short-term rental hosts. It lives inside WhatsApp and answers your guests for you. Check-in instructions, WiFi passwords, restaurant recommendations, “how do I turn on the AC” at 11 p.m. All of it. Instantly, in any language, 24/7.

The problem

If you host on Airbnb or Booking.com, you know the drill. Your phone buzzes all day. The same questions, over and over. You answer fast because response time affects your ranking and your reviews. So you’re never really off. Dinner with your family, a flight, a weekend away: the phone wins every time.

Hosting was supposed to be passive income. For most hosts, it became a second job.

The fix

MyPorter answers your guests the moment they write. You feed it everything about your property once: house rules, appliances, parking, local tips, and the quirks only you know. From that moment, it handles guest messages like you would. Same tone, same knowledge, zero delay.

There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. MyPorter runs entirely on WhatsApp, the app your guests already use. Setup happens in a conversation. Payments run through Stripe. You will never see a login screen, because there isn’t one.

Most software adds work before it removes any. We refused to build that.

Why we built it

We’re hosts too. We built MyPorter because we were tired of being on call for questions a machine can answer better and faster than we can.

The first version ran on our own properties. Guests couldn’t tell the difference. Response times went from hours to seconds. Reviews went up.

Then other hosts asked to use it. That’s when we knew.
