Do my guests need to download anything?
No. Your guests already have WhatsApp. They message the number you give them, and that's it. No app, no account, no friction.
What languages does it speak?
All of them. MyPorter detects the guest's language automatically and replies in it. A German guest gets German. A Japanese guest gets Japanese. You do nothing.
What if MyPorter doesn't know the answer?
It never guesses. If a guest asks something it doesn't know, MyPorter messages you on WhatsApp, relays your answer to the guest, and remembers it forever. You answer once. It answers every time after that.
How long does setup take?
